We are registered as a controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) under registration number ZA318129.

We collect and process various personal information about you, including your Full Name and Email.

When you make an enquiry with us, whether through our website or in person, we will also collect any other information that you provide to us in the enquiry.

We mainly collect your personal information directly from you, however we may obtain other information, such as company information , from the Companies House which is publicly available source.

Note that if you do not agree to provide us with your contact details when you make an enquiry with us then we shall be unable to respond to you.

your query and responding to you, to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

7. Cookies

Summit Recruitment website does not knowingly use cookies. However, we do use
Google Analytics to track how many have visited our site. Any third parties such as
Google Analytics may track your preferences without our knowledge.
